According to Jerry Feaser, Game Commission spokesman, these groups could bring in rifle specialists who work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture to cull the deer if they received a permit from the commission and met certain standards. This means that residents of a development who say deer are endangering motorists on their roads, for example, could bring in marksmen/women without having to go through their local government.
